Giuseppe Calabi is the managing partner of the firm.

He has earned significant experience in the areas of corporate and commercial law and M&A.
For over twenty-five years, he has worked in the field of banking law and financial market regulation, advising leading Italian and foreign banks, as well as financial intermediaries.

He regularly advises foreign banks based in the EU and outside the EU on cross border matters.

He is one of the leading Italian and international lawyer in the field of art and cultural heritage law. He has been a member of the Working Group for the regulatory framework of works of art appointed by the Ministry of Culture.

He has been working for over twenty years on copyright, new technology law, web regulation, privacy and digital content, and provides advice to major Italian and foreign e-commerce providers.
