Margherita Mazzola

Margherita joined our firm in 2018. She assists clients in the pharmaceutical field, with specific reference to the regulation of marketing authorization for medicines in Italy and abroad, risk management and organizational models required by Italian legislation.

With regard to pharmaceutical companies, she also deals with intellectual property, labor law and civil liability, with particular reference to product liability.

She also provides consultancy on development and production plans for generic drugs, in the commercial (contractual assistance) and sports sectors (violations of anti-doping legislation, use and marketing of doping substances), providing assistance before the competent authorities both in and out of court.

Education and professional experience

Graduated with honors in Law from the State University of Milan, 1998.
