Riccardo Di Santo

Riccardo joined the firm in 2018.

He has gained significant experience in the field of civil and commercial litigation, advising Italian and foreign clients before Italian courts.

In addition to litigation, he also provides legal consultancy with a focus on civil law, corporate law, intellectual property and copyright as well as contract drafting and negotiation.

Moreover, he provides advice on e-commerce law, consumer protection, anti-money laundering, and data protection even before supervisory authorities.

He also provides advice on food law, assisting groups (e.g. Consorzi di tutela), companies and food operators – Italian and foreign – in every aspect of the online/offline production and marketing process of agri-food and wine products.
