Riccardo Di Santo

Riccardo Di Santo joined the Firm in 2018 and made partner since 2025.

After obtaining a degree in Law from the University of Rome “La Sapienza” in 2014, he furthered his education by undertaking a postgraduate course for corporate lawyers at Bocconi University (2016-2017).

He continued his studies, obtaining a Master’s degree in ‘Law and International Trade’ from the Il Sole 24 Ore Business School in 2018.

In his litigation practice, he handles civil, commercial, and administrative disputes, as well as ADR proceedings.

In addition to his litigation practice, he advises clients on non-contentious matters, assisting Italian and international clients with contract negotiation and drafting, as well as with corporate transactions.

He provides specialized advice on e-commerce law, supporting companies and operators – particularly in the food and beverage sector – across every stage of production and distribution, both offline and online.

He also advises clients on private wealth, art law, and cultural heritage matters, with a particular focus on liaising with the Italian Ministry of Culture.

He is the author of in-depth articles and publications and regularly speaks at conferences and lectures, contributing to the dissemination and development of the legal topics within his practice.
