On Friday, 23 January 2026, Giuseppe Calabi will deliver a lecture entitled “Italian Art Law: in a Nutshell” as part of the postgraduate Art Law programme offered by the Europa Institut an der Universität Zürich (EIZ).
The lecture will provide an overview of the general framework governing the protection and circulation of cultural property, with a focus on the key provisions of the Italian Civil Code applicable in this field:an opportunity for international dialogue on one of the most complex and closely studied legal systems in the European landscape.
